The Real Results Club

A 12-week small group  training transformation package. The Real Results Club was developed to offer all the advantages of Personal Training but at a fraction of the cost.

With a maximum of 8 places available, the Real Results Club keeps you accountable and delivers RESULTS.

The goal is very simple; to achieve and sustain REAL RESULTS! If your goal is fat loss and body shape improvement, the Real Results Club could be for you.

  • 24 highly structured and guided exercises sessions with a maximum of 8 participants over 12 weeks
  • Monthly fitness testing and health MOT’s
  • Monthly measurement sessions to monitor your progress
  • A private training studio with free parking, showers and toilets
  • A very supportive, non-intimidating environment
  • An in-depth knowledge and understanding of the most effective exercise and training techniques
  • An in depth look into various nutritional approaches and the best strategy for you
  • Lifestyle planning, guidance and goal setting
  • On-going weekly food diary assessment and guidance

If you are a regular and confident gym user, this probably isn’t for you. The Real Results Club is about offering a supportive and stress free exercise environment which allows you to work closely with myself as your coach, along with like minded people who are motivated to change their lifestyle.

I will be with you to coach you every step of the way throughout your 12-week transformation. Specifically designed to improve self-confidence and vastly improve strength and body composition, this is NOT a Bootcamp!
