Kettlebell Movement and Strength Workshop

This 3-hour workshop will be delivered by two qualified and experienced coaches. The aim is to provide an in-depth look at fundamental Kettlebell movements combined with various methods of strength training.

Designed for anyone wishing to expand their knowledge and take their training to the next level or for instructors looking to build their coaching skill set for clients.
A good understanding of movement and training is preferable but not essential.
Attendees will receive a course manual and healthy snacks will be provided.
We will arm you with a greater knowledge and understanding of one of the most effective training tools, the Russian Kettlebell, as well as how to apply a range of advanced strength training methods to the movement patterns.
After signing up, you will be directed to a private Facebook group.
Course manuals will be issued on the day.
